Duration :-

Duration ofthe Programme:The B.Ed.programme will span four semesters or two academic years. However, studentsmust complete the programme within a maximum period of three years from thedate of admission.

Attendance Requirements:Student-teachers are required to maintain aminimum of 80% attendance in all coursework and practicum activities, and atleast 90% attendance during the school internship.

Eligibility :-

EligibilityCriteria: Candidatesmust have secured at least 50% marks in either their Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Science, Social Science, or Humanities. Alternatively, candidateswith a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with a specialization inScience or Mathematics must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks. Anyequivalent qualification will also be considered for eligibility.

Reservation and Relaxation: Reservation of seats and relaxation ineligibility criteria for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD and othercategories shall be provided as per the norms of the State Government,whichever is applicable.

Admission :-

AdmissionProcedure: Admissionshall be made through the counselling, will be done by SCERT on the merit basisof marks obtained in the Pre-B.Ed. Entrance Examination conducted byChhattisgarh Vyavsaik Pariksha Mandal (CGVYAPAM) as per the policy of the stateGovernment /UT. Administration and the university.
